Guillotine Glass Systems

Standard guillotine system. The system opens and closes by moving up and down. There are 3-wing insulated and single glass options. It can also be made of 4 and 2 wings upon request. One wing is fixed and the other two move. You can stop the moving wings at any level you want. You can open them half or fully. The system can be collected both below and above according to preference. It never passes water and air when closed. It gives close to perfect results with insulated glass. It adapts to any environment with its modern and elegant appearance. Cotill Series guillotine system is the quietest one compared to its peers. The reason for this is the specially designed belt and gear system. On top of the system, our motor section is located in a specially designed box made of aluminum profiles.

1) The glass combination in the guillotine system is 8mm or 4+12+4 tempered glass.

2) In the system, optional glass number is applied as 2, 3 and 4 glasses.

3) Glasses are made horizontally, optionally can be collected down or up.

4) Isolation is provided by 67x1200 bristle wicks in the aluminum case on the sides.

5) A durable belt with 20 mm x 25 mm steel rope inside is used that lifts the windows. It provides silent operation.

6) In the side channels, 8 stainless steel bearings are used, which allow the glasses to move easily and take their space.

7) LCF, BECKER, CUPON or SOMFY motors can be used optionally in the guillotine system.

8) 20 systems can be moved with a single control. Up and down movement can be adjusted as desired.

9) When the system is open, it acts as a guardrail.

10) The system provides sound, heat and water insulation.

11) No lock required in closed state.

12) The wall thickness of the aluminum profile used in the system is 1.5 mm.
